By using our services or making payment, you agree to the terms below.
✅ 1. Payments & Activation
- All campaigns are prepaid.
- Ads start within 24 hours after payment confirmation and once all required business information has been submitted.
- Payment methods: EcoCash USD, Innbucks, Mukuru, WorldRemit, PayPal (on request).
- Official payment receiver: Persistance Mago.
- All payments are final and non-refundable, as ad spend and setup are committed immediately.

Your results depend on:

Estimated reach and customer inquiry numbers shown in packages are typical averages, not promises.

This service costs $30 and includes direct hands-on assistance from our admin team.

To ensure high performance, clients must provide:

- Clear product/service photos
- Correct contact number
- Business location and target areas
- Facebook Page link (or we can create one for you)
Slow or incomplete information delays campaign launch.
Clients are responsible for replying to customers who message them.
⚖️ 6. Content Compliance
BoostZim will not run ads that violate Meta policies or Zimbabwean law.
This includes:
- Misleading ads
- Tobacco, adult content, illegal goods
- Hate speech or dangerous services
We reserve the right to reject campaigns that may harm your brand or ours.
💸 7. Refunds & Cancellations
BoostZim does not offer refunds for:
- Low or slow customer inquiries
- Market performance changes
- Customer not responding to leads
- Client changing their mind
- Meta outages or algorithm shifts
Refunds are considered only if BoostZim fails to launch ads within 24 hours after receiving all required materials.
