2. Our Services

BoostZim provides:

• Social media followers, likes, comments, and engagement packages.
• Social media advertising and campaign management.
• Digital visibility and promotional support.

    We provide mixed global followers to help grow your social presence and improve brand visibility.

3. Payments

• All services must be paid for in advance.
• Payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery & Refill Policy

• Delivery times vary by package, but most services begin within 24–72 hours.
• BoostZim ensures the delivery of the purchased package as described.
• If followers or engagements decrease over time, customers may apply for a free refill within the refill period (timeframe depends on the package purchased).
• Refill requests must be submitted to BoostZim support. sales@boostzim.co.zw
• Note: Our Instagram followers are non-drop. However, to ensure the growth looks organic to Instagram’s servers, you may experience a drop of 5% to 30%. This varies depending on your account’s activeness and current status, and is a normal part of keeping your account safe.

5. Quality & Limitations

• Followers are Highest quality  mixed global accounts, which may include both active and less active users.
• We cannot guarantee that all followers will interact with your content.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing correct account details.
• Your account must be public during delivery.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with social media platform rules.

7. Prohibited Uses

Our services cannot be used to promote:

• Harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Spam or deceptive practices.
• Explicit adult content.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

• Our services are intended for promotion and visibility purposes only.
• All services are used at the customer’s own discretion.

9. Privacy

• Customer details are strictly confidential and only used to complete orders.
• We do not sell or share personal information.

10. Changes to Terms

BoostZim may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be bound by the latest version upon continued use of services.
